Some records must be retained after deletion where a real estate transaction has occurred, because Florida law and our licensing obligations require it. We retain only what those obligations require.

Retention

We keep Personal Information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, and afterward only as long as required to meet legal, regulatory, tax, and real estate recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Personal Information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children
